The Big Hoot Caravan is well placed for guests wishing to explore mid Devon, with the south coast only 40 minutes away and the popular seaside destinations of Branscombe, Beer, Seaton and Sidmouth within easy reach; or head north to visit Saunton Sands, Lynton or Lynmouth. The stunning scenery of Exmoor and Dartmoor are also just a short drive away. Families will enjoy days out at attractions like the Bear Trail, Diggerland and Tiverton Castle.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
The Big Hoot Caravan is a lovingly renovated 1970s caravan which has been transformed into an unusual family friendly holiday property which combines quirky original features with modern home comforts.
The caravan (which actually comprises two caravans joined together) has been refitted with a groovy 70s-inspired design which shows off all its original features including panelled wooden walls, sliding doors and an L-shaped seating area. The property benefits from a large comfortable lounge, a modern kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, and three bedrooms sleeping up to four people in total: a large double and two single bedrooms separated by a sliding door.
For an idea of prices, a stay at the Big Hoot Caravan costs around £805/week (or £115/night) during the school summer holidays. Short breaks are available, and prices are lower during off-peak periods.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
There’s plenty of safe open space for children to enjoy at the Big Hoot Caravan; plus an outdoor slide and indoor play barn with trampoline and ride-on toys.
There are also a choice of circular walks on the farm which join up with the local footpath network.
Young animal fans will enjoy greeting the resident animals including billy goats, ducks, hens and Pippin the dog.
