Alpine Park Lodges is ideally situated for exploring East Devon. Exeter city centre is just 15 minutes’ drive away, while popular seaside destinations including Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Seaton are all within easy reach for sunny days out on the beach. Child and family friendly attractions nearby include Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton Park Botanical Gardens, The Donkey Sanctuary Sidmouth, and World of Country Life. Or take a stroll on the nearby Woodbury or Aylesbury Common RSPB nature reserve.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
Accommodation at Alpine Park takes the form of eleven lodge-style cottages. The properties range in size, sleeping between 4 and 6 people in 2/3 bedrooms. They also come in a range of models to suit varying budgets, from the more basic ‘comfort’ through to ‘comfort plus’ and ‘premier’.
All the cottages offer single storey ground floor accommodation, with easy access perfect for parents travelling with younger tots. Comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean, the cottages offer plenty of space with good-sized bedrooms and well-equipped kitchens. Each property also benefits from its own patio area with garden furniture and BBQs available on request.
For an idea of prices, a ‘comfort’ cottage for four people during the peak summer holiday period costs approximately £850; out of season, the same holiday can be yours for as little as £415. Short breaks are also possible, and Alpine Park is open during Christmas and New Year for winter breaks. Small party discounts are available in the bigger cottages except for the main summer holidays (e.g. three people receive 10% off the main price).
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
Children will enjoy the feeling of safety and freedom at Alpine Park – the extensive five-acre grounds providing a wealth of safe, open space for football, cricket or crazy golf.
There’s also a play area with swings, climbing frame and slide – perfectly situated so parents can relax and watch from the comfort of their patio.
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
There’s a handy laundrette on site with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Baby and toddler equipment including cots and high chairs are available to hire.
Free WiFi is available in each property, and dogs are permitted to stay in certain cottages by prior arrangement and a small additional fee. Electric vehicle charging is available for the use of guests.
