These holiday properties are set in a peaceful rural location just a mile from the scenic Tamar Lakes. The popular north Devon and Cornwall coastline with its beautiful beaches and villages is within a short drive, with Bude, Sandymouth and Clovelly all easily accessible. Family friendly attractions like the Big Sheep and Milky Way are also nearby.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
There are four stylist Scandinavian style lodges to choose from, set amongst a wider development of holiday properties, each accommodating four people in two bedrooms. The properties benefit from a light and airy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin. The lodges come with a private patio with outdoor seating and a BBQ, and wonderful lakeside views.
For an idea of prices, a week-long stay for a family of four during the summer holiday peak costs around £1700.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
There are some brilliant facilities available for guests at these lodges.
These include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, games room, tennis court, children’s outdoor play area and nature trails.
Enough to keep younger ones occupied whatever the weather!
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
Mums and dads will enjoy relaxing in the shared on-site hot tub and sauna.
Back at your lodge, the private patio with BBQ is the perfect place to relax over an alfresco dinner or a drink with a view.
Fishing is permitted in the on-site lakes – just bring your own equipment.
Baby and toddler equipment like highchairs and cots are available to borrow, and there’s EV charging on site. Pets are permitted in some of the lodges but not all – check before you book.
