It’s a short drive from these holiday cottages to popular East Devon seaside haunts like Exmouth, Sidmouth and Sandy Bay; or visit the historic city of Exeter with its cathedral, Roman walls and wealth of shops and cafes.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
There are seven properties to choose from here, with one cottage sleeping five people and the rest sleeping six. The cottages are modern, comfortable and well-equipped. The cottages are all set in the grounds of a popular family pub, with its beautifully kept grounds and with some amazing scenery to enjoy.
For an idea of prices, a week in five-bed Friar’s Cottage during the summer holiday peak costs around £1570; while one of the six-bed properties like Waie House 1 costs around £1530.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
There’s a whole range of leisure facilities available on-site, perfect for entertaining children and meaning you won’t always need to head off in the car for a day out!
Options include a heated indoor swimming pool; a large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides; an indoor soft play with ball ponds, climbing areas and slides (and a coffee shop for the parents!); a sports hall offering badminton, tennis, netball and football; and snooker tables, skittle alley, squash courts and five-a-side all-weather pitch.
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
The cottages are situated in the grounds of a friendly village pub, meaning there’s always somewhere convenient to pop for a reasonably priced lunch or an afternoon drink.
Parents will undoubtedly enjoy the wealth of on-site facilities here, as mentioned above, keeping younger visitors happy and in a safe environment where you won’t mind letting them venture outside on their own.
Pets are not permitted in any of the properties.
