The cottages are situated in the north Yorkshire countryside, providing a tranquil rural base yet within each reach of popular and family friendly seaside towns including Filey, Scarborough and Flamborough. Whitby and York are also within day trip distance.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
There are four cottages in total here, providing a range of options to suit different group sizes and requirements. One, the Haystack Retreat, sleeps four people in two bedrooms; two medium sized properties, Timber Hideaway and the Vintage Vineyard, sleep six people in three bedrooms; and the largest property, the Rustic Barn, sleeps eight people in four bedrooms – great for two families heading away on holiday together, or perhaps a family bringing the grandparents along too.
As the property names suggest, these cottages offer lots of attractive original features including exposed beams, while also offering comfortable, spacious and modern holiday accommodation with all mod cons provided. Outdoor gardens and seating areas on the shared courtyard area are also available.
In terms of pricing, at the time of writing, a week long stay during the school summer holidays for a family of four costs around £1400.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
There’s a delightful shared indoor heated swimming pool, providing perfect entertainment for children of all ages.
The shared games room is also a great hangout especially for older kids, with table tennis and table football to enjoy.
Outside, there’s a full-size all weather tennis court.

Exercise fans will enjoy the fully equipped on-site gym here – perfect for a quick workout so you’ve earned the dinner and drinks later on!
Baby and toddler equipment including travel cots and high chairs are available to borrow on request.
