The cottages are situated in the peaceful village of Warenford, just five miles from stunning Bamburgh with its iconic castle and golden beaches. Family friendly days out in the local area include exploring Northumberland’s awe-inspiring coastline and popular seaside haunts like Seahouses and Beadnell, making friends with the puffins and seal colonies via a boat trip to the Farne Islands, or visiting the famous RNLI Grace Darling Museum.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
There are four character-filled cottages to choose from here, giving a choice of self-catering accommodation suitable for families of 5, 6, 6 or 8 (or for larger groups, book more than one cottage!). The properties are cosy yet spacious, well equipped and comfortable. They also all benefit from private gardens with outdoor seating.
For an idea of prices, a week long stay during the summer holiday peak in one of the six person (three bedroom) cottages costs between £1400 and £1600.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
The cottages here benefit from shared use of a superb indoor heated swimming pool, ideal entertainment for children of all ages.
There’s also a shared tennis court for guests to use.
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
Perfect for an afternoon pint in the sunshine or nights when you don’t fancy cooking, there’s a lovely country pub just across the road.
Active mums and dads will enjoy the on-site gym facilities, or grab a few moments’ relaxation in the sauna.
Child and toddler equipment including travel cots and high chairs are available to borrow, and WiFi is provided.
Pets are permitted to stay for a small additional fee.
