Baytree Lodge is perfectly located for exploring all that Dorset has to offer, including the world-famous Jurassic Coast. Weymouth, Lulworth, Swanage and Corfe Castle are all within easy driving distance.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
Baytree Lodge is a modern, spacious property featuring a large open plan kitchen and a warm living area with log burner. There are five bedrooms in total – three king size, one triple single and one twin, all of which are en-suite and have their own TVs – meaning the property is easily big enough for two families to share or an extended family gathering with the grandparents.
For an idea of prices, a week-long stay in the height of the summer costs around £6100 – but remember the property sleeps ten so you’ll probably be splitting this between several families! An out-of-season stay in November, for example, costs as little as £2600.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
Baytree Lodge has its own private swimming pool, perfect for a morning dip before a day exploring the beautiful Dorset coast.
There’s also a separate games room complete with pool table, table football and arcade games machine.
Outside the garden has its own play area with swings, den, climbing frame and slide.
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
The property has a lovely open country outlook and can be completely enclosed, offering peace of mind for those with younger tots. The garden features an in-built brick BBQ, while there’s a local shop and pub within a mile; the Dorset Coastal path from nearby Osmington Mills leads to the attractive Smugglers pub.
The spacious living area at Baytree Lodge features a lovely log burner, guaranteeing a warm and cosy atmosphere whatever the weather is doing outside.
There’s WiFi provided, but pets are not permitted. High chairs and cots can be supplied on request.

Baytree Lodge has everything we’d be looking for in a family holiday destination – luxury facilities, a superb indoor swimming pool, and a games room and play area to entertain the children while the parents enjoy a BBQ and drink in the attractive garden!
