There are plenty of family friendly days out from Moorleaze Farm. It’s just a 15 minute drive to Longleat Safari Park (and a stay at Moorleaze will gain you a 20% discount too!), or enjoy a trip to famous sites like Glastonbury, Wookey Hole or Stonehenge. Enjoy the unspoilt streets of Frome with independent shops, cafes and restaurants – or visit its local cinema for a family film.

ACCOMMODATION AND PRICES
There are ten lovely cottages in total at Moorleaze, ranging in size from two bedroom properties (sleeping 4) to five bedrooms (sleeping ten). The properties are spacious, well equipped and comfortably furnished.
For an idea of prices, a week long stay for two adults and two children during the summer holiday peak can be yours for around £1300.
CHILD FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
Moorleaze Farm has so much to offer visiting families, you’ll struggle to find a reason to head out and explore elsewhere!
Child friendly facilities on-site include a 16m long heated indoor swimming pool – also accompanied by loungers, showers, changing rooms and an infra-red sauna for over 12s. For rainier days there’s also a brilliant indoor games room with pool table, table football, table tennis, and other entertainment for younger guests like a mini slide and seesaw, games, toys, books and DVDs.
Outside, there’s a well-equipped playground with climbing frame, balance beams and outdoor table tennis – plus a playing field perfect for football and picnics. There’s even a hidden rope swing to enjoy. And don’t forget the tennis courts with rackets available to borrow!
PARENT FRIENDLY HOLIDAY FEATURES
Five of the cottages at Moorleaze are pet friendly, meaning you can bring the family dog along with you for the holiday.
For a break from cooking, pop into the village pub which offers a charming, rustic experience. Or borrow one of the BBQs for alfresco dining.
